This report presents a framework for the regional coordination of recovery services, workforce training, and employment to help those in recovery from SUD in Appalachia to achieve lasting employment. Organized into three broad goals, the framework focuses on organizing the ecosystem, engaging the private sector, and ensuring that wrap-around services are available.
