This is a tool from Shatterproof that uses several sources of data to rate treatment facilities based on quality. A person can take an assessment and search for facilities that provide the best fit based on the needs of the person and quality of care. The tool is currently being piloted in six states (Louisiana, Delaware, Massachusetts, New York, North Carolina, and West Virginia) with plans to extend to all 50 states.
